Twitter has been joking that Trump is banned from Minecraft following his bans from seemingly everywhere else. How likely is it to happen?
Over the past week, Donald Trump has faced bans and restrictions from almost all mainstream social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook and…Pinterest.
One image listing all the platforms with restrictions on Trump’s content has gone viral and been mistaken for a list of platforms that have outright banned the president. But that’s not the only confusion surrounding the recent bans.

Is Trump banned from Minecraft?
To public knowledge, Donald Trump has not been banned from Minecraft and he doesn’t appear to even have a Minecraft account.
However, the president was reportedly temporarily banned from Twitch in July of 2020, when the platform began cracking down on content moderation. His account was reportedly banned for streaming pro-Trump rallies and the content in question was soon removed.

So he might not actually be banned from the game, but Twitter still joked about the prospect of the president’s removal from Minecraft.
