Fulham boss Scott Parker has told the club’s official website that Tottenham Hotspur have ‘world-class’ players worth ‘£200 million’ and that is why he was so proud of his side last night.
Fulham managed to claim a 1-1 draw against Tottenham and their performance in the second half was eye catching.
The Cottagers had Spurs on the back foot for large periods as they chased an equaliser.
And they eventually got their reward, when Ivan Cavaleiro headed home from an Ademola Lookman header.

Tottenham were clearly disappointed with the result at full-time, as they let another lead slip.
But Parker could hardly have been more pleased with his charges.
He said: “I thought for large parts of this game tonight we’ve dominated the ball and always looked a threat.
“Their keeper has had to pull of a couple of saves, and they hit the post.

“But you expect that when you come to a top team. This team will be fighting for Champions League football.
“This team have players who are £200 million players, that’s the cold hard facts. They have world class players.
“But for large parts I’m very proud and pleased with the way we played the game.”
Parker’s comments just go to highlight how much quality Tottenham have in their squad and it is because of that their results have been so frustrating this season.
Spurs have often got themselves into position to win games of football, only to be too cautious and throw away the lead.
Spurs have now dropped 10 points from winning positions this term, and that has left them sitting in sixth place in the Premier League table.
